The success of this project led Polaris World to expand the resort by an additional 885,000m2 and to provide more services, sports and leisure and expand the existing 9-hole golf course into an 18-hole course which will run through the entire resort

The extension comprises apartments, villas and townhouses, as well as green zones.  The combination of nature, sun and beach are all the necessary elements to create the perfect setting for this resort.

The apartments have been designed by the prestigious architect, Melvin Villaroel, who has instilled in each one the feeling of ‘space’. A design that skilfully combines open spaces, sun, air, vegetation, water and architecture.  Terraces of more than 20m² are converted into small private gardens.
